Call Governor Quinn and say, “I live in (name city) and have had a family member murdered.  I want to encourage Gov. Quinn to sign the legislation to end the death penalty and reinvest money saved into victims’ services.”
who do not live in Illinois: Call Governor Quinn and say, “I have had a  family member murdered and  want to encourage Gov. Quinn to sign the  legislation to end the death penalty and reinvest money saved into  victims’ services.”

FOR FRIENDS OF MVFR:
who live in Illinois:
Call Governor Quinn and say, “I live in  (name city) and want to encourage  Gov. Quinn to sign the legislation to end the death penalty and  reinvest money saved into victims’ services.”
who do not live in Illinois: Call Governor Quinn and say, “I  want to encourage Gov. Quinn to sign the  legislation to end the death penalty and reinvest money saved into  victims’ services.”
